After the great success of the first ‘The Art of Hospitality’ conference event at the end of 2023, the “hospitality superheroes” of Chester and Liverpool will be gathering again at Hilton Liverpool on the 27th March.
The event will be set around four key interview sessions with Northern hospitality experts talking about a young person’s view on Hospitality, does hospitality lead a city’s future?, Technology to sustainability pressures on a business and 21st century human resources and supporting hard times.
Steven confirmed, we welcomed just shy of 100 industry professionals in late November to a great event that stimulated great conversation around the good, bad and indifferent in Hospitality, and where not afraid to talk the challenging conversations like inclusion in the workplace and understanding gender boundaries, this next event will see the difficult conversation around supporting your team in hard times, again talking around hardship, death & mental health.
